Association of Medical Charities (AMRC)

The AMRC is a membership organisation of the leading medical and health research charities in the UK. Working with its member charities and partners, they aim to support the sector’s effectiveness and advance medical research by developing best practice, providing information and guidance, improving public dialogue about research and science, and influencing government.

Fundraising Standards Board (FRSB)

The FRSB is the independent self-regulatory body for UK fundraising. They work with member charities, suppliers and the wider charity sector to encourage commitment to and compliance with best practice in fundraising. They do this to help encourage the public to give with confidence to charity. They also listen to and help resolve complaints from the public about our members fundraising. Institute of Fundraising

The Institute of Fundraising is the professional membership body for UK fundraising. Its mission is to support fundraisers, through leadership, representation, standards-setting and education, and it champions and promotes fundraising as a career choice.

National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO)

NCVO is a highly effective lobbying organisation and represents the views of its members, and the wider voluntary sector to government, the European Union and other bodies. They are also at the leading edge of research into, and analysis of, the voluntary sector. They campaign on generic issues affecting the voluntary sector, such as the role of the voluntary organisations in public service delivery and the future of local government.

Public Fundraising Regulatory Association
