Use your imagination
Organise your own event
Ever thought of organising a raffle, golf day or coffee morning in aid of charity? You can have lots of fun, meet new people and feel good about supporting essential brain research.
Every year Brain Research Trust gets a helping hand from individuals, companies and clubs across the country who bring their friends and family together to raise money for neurological research. See below for some simple ideas on how to support our charity with an event:
If you have a birthday or wedding coming up, why not ask friends to donate money to research instead of giving gifts? Or perhaps you would like to organise a charity quiz night, a cake sale or car-boot sale? If you need any help in choosing what you would like to do or in the preparations for the big day contact Nicola Brooke on 020 7492 0392 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Companies and schools
Does your company or school have a Charity of the Year scheme? Nominate Brain Research Trust and get your colleagues or fellow students to put together a fun fundraising event, like a Dress Down Day, or a disco.
If you belong to a Rotary, Inner Wheel, Freemasons Lodge, Townswomen Guild or religious organisation, nominate Brain Research Trust as the group's Charity of the Year and encourage your fellow members to fundraise!
Whatever you decide to do, we will provide you with a fundraising pack, balloons, t-shirts, copies of our latest annual review and plenty of guidance.
Click here for a copy of our fundraising pack, or contact Laura McLellan on 020 7492 0392 or email email@example.com if you have an idea you would like to discuss.
