Thanks to the tremendous fundraising efforts of our wonderful London Marathon runners this year, this event alone managed to bring in just over £48,000 for brain research.

Not only do our Marathon runners take on the challenge of running 26 miles, they also dedicate themselves to raising vital funds for the BRT, which also takes time and stamina! Most raise around £2,000, which is a fantastic achievement in itself, but a couple have gone further than that and have raised over £5,000!

We wish to give a massive thank you to the following who ran the London Marathon for us this year: Stephanie Ankrah, Jason Barnes, Ruth Baxter, John Bazley, Anthony Benstead, Rebecca Brown, Paul Cahill, Iain Campbell, Adam Dobbie, Tom Evans, Wai-Tung Ho, Tim Loughlin, Harriet Mcilwham, Agatha Piech, Jenny Timms, James Walker and Ross Wooding.
