The Virgin London Marathon is one of the running highlights of the year, with over 35,000 entrants and huge crowds lining the route.

“The London marathon has to be one of the most amazing experiences of my whole life and brings a huge smile to my face when I think about it: from the young children handing out sweets and 'high-fiving' you all the way round; to the BBQ and party atmosphere; the support of the other runners and most importantly the spectators cheering your name. You too can have a memorable day. We have a number of guaranteed places for this event, but you have to be quick, as they run out fast each year! To maximise your chances of participating in the following year’s event we recommend you also enter the public ballot which opens as soon as the marathon is over.

We ask people who are given one our places to commit to raising at least £2,000. We'll provide you with plenty of advice, and you may find the fundraising more fun than the marathon itself! Contact us for an application form.
